For The Past Four Weeks I've Been Having Brown Discharge

For the past four weeks I've been having brown discharge as well as blood. It started between my cycles then stopped early this week but today, it happened. A seed-like object also came out and I had seen this before but few months ago when everything else was normal. But then again I've had blood come out at random before. What is this?
