For the past year or so I’ve had this weird spot (like the size of a tennis ball) under my left chest that gets this crawly, tingly feeling. It’s such a weird sensation. It’s almost like someone’s squeezing the spot while there’s tons of bugs crawling in it. I have no other symptoms and it’s not painful at all, only very uncomfortable. I’m healthy, and I have no idea what it is. It’s been happening more and more frequently but only at night when i’m lying down. It’s on and off for 30-60 seconds. It only happens in the same exact spot on my left side.
