For Treating Delayed Periods, What Is The Right Dose For Primolut N?

I was supposed to get my periods on 18th jan. But I didn t get it till this date. I have tried many home remedies.but they didn t work at all. I started taking premolut n from this night. Can u pls suggest the dosage of this tablet for the same purpose. Or could u please suggest some other solution for this pblm.? I hv pcod. I hv gained some weight ~=4.4kg.

Hi,

Actually there are many causes for delaying periods for months together. In case you definitely have pcod.

You can continue taking Primolut N. - 1 pill twice a day(12 hourly)for 10 days & wait for withdrawal bleeding within 8-10 days.

See a gynecologist for further management if you have bleeding (before 5th day of bleeding) if you don't have bleeding within 15 days of stopping the pills.
