For Two Years: Every Other Day, I Lift Weights, Stationary

For two years: every other day, I lift weights, stationary cycle for 30 mins., and swim 3/4 mile. I eat one meal a day no more than 700 calories (salad and chicken is most common) and drink 2 glasses of 2% milk.
I am gaining weight. I weigh over 200 pounds, and am a 60 yr old female 5'6" Fatigue sleeping 12 or more hours a day and constantly exhausted, constipation, dry skin, and psoriasis (I think).
I have no money for more food, or for a doctor--truly, I am homeless and cannot find work (I'm well educated and have considerable job experience. Damned if I know what to do. The health issues preceded the joblessness--probably the fatigue contributed to it. Can't concentrate or deal well with people anymore. Any ideas?
