Forehead Injury, Slight Headache, Fever, Tonsils. Taking Antibiotics. Treatment?

Thanks I fel of a concrete stair two days ago landed and banged on the floor with the right side of my forehead first and didn t sustain any further injury I don t feel dizzy or I didn t pass out I have little headache . I didn t go to see a doctor but I had fever caused by tonsils which I am taking antibiotics for it from yesterday. what is the advise you are giving me thanks

It seems like a minor injury. Just give yourself adequate rest, drink plenty of water. You will be fine soon. You do not need any medications now.
