Hi, Welcome to HCM. Swelling of foreskin following sex can occur due to forcible sex, faulty position of sex and minor trauma during sex or may be due to infection and inflammation.
Night sweats and mild fever may be due to various reasons from common cold. So nothing to worry. Tests done for HIV a week after the encounter would not be highly reliable. The tests done after a month may be conclusive provided if it is a PCR test, or a P24 Antigen test or a combo/ duo test. Rapid tests and ELISA will become reliable only after 12 weeks after the encounter. Relax, as the tests are negative you will be free from HIV. Dr S.Murugan.
