Foul Odor For Urine, Discoloration, Lower Back Pain, Dry Mouth. What Is The Cure?
I haven't been to the doctor in 6yrs. yes, i know that's crazy, but I have no health insurance. I have had a foul odor to my urine for quiet some time now. It also is sometimes brownish yellow. i don't have any pain when I urinate or anything , just the odor and discoloration. i have been have lower back pain on either side from time to time and now I'm hsving a dry mouth. What is your advise?
I'm 39, I take no meds for anything, no high BP, no diabetes (is in my family)....other than the above stated I'm pretty healthy.

I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Hyperproteinaemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for protein level .
2 Diabetes , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood sugar and HBA1 C examination.
3 Jaundice , as you mentioned that the color of urine is dark brown and foul smelling , so may be due to ketone salt ( main reason of foul smell in urine).
In my opinion get in urine as well blood examination and consult a physician and get his opinion.
For insurance , we have no any option.
