Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge. No Itching. What Is It?
hi! Its been a week that just after my periods i started having a white discharge just like water and is smelly too. This is the first time i am having such a problem and is not like the normal discharge which one usually have before or after periods as its consistency is like water and is smelly. There is no itching or burning sensation though . It was more smelly and a little bit off-white in color when it started and since the next day its white but the smell is consistent.
Your symptom of foul smelling watery discharge suggests Bacterial vaginosis.
Bacterial vaginosis is a condition where normal vaginal flora is overgrown by pathogens.
Get a swab test done for diagnosis.
Treatment depends on diagnosis.
Also maintain personal hygiene.

Foul smelling discharge may be secondary to bacterial vaginosis which causes a fish smelling discharge.
Yeast infections can cause a whitish yellow discharge but it does not usually have an odour.
Bacterial vaginosis is diagnosed by swab which would be done by your doctor. It is easily treated by vaginal creams, some persons use oral medication if they wish.
I hope this helps
