Four Month Old Baby Suffering From Loose Motion

My baby girl is 4 month old n was a preterm baby with 1.28kg birth weight.she has been suffering from loose motions for past 15 days.the stool test revield fat globules++++ and staphylococcus aureus so on this basis the doctor first gave her cefixime but it had no effect on condition, n then gave amikacin injections for 5 days. Her condition is still the same, im very tensed. She doesnt sleep much and is taking very less top feeds shes not taking breast milk since a month. Is the problem with the lactodex lbw or something else .im very tensed and desperately need your advice

Hi,
mother milk is the best initially for a year.You put in top feeding I think is the result of loose motions.you start breast feeding immediately,initially she may not take but you are forced to give.
Give plenty of liquid in the form of water,electrolytes, lime juice,apple juice etc.
As antibiotics are given give lacto bacillus sachettes.
