Freckles On Scrotum, Penis Tip, Itchiness On Scrotum. Symptoms Of Eczema?

So I ve had a medium sized freckle on my scrotum for years, and one on the very tip of my penis . But I just noticed that another has popped up. It s very small, but pretty dark. Should I worry about it? I feel no pain. But for years I have had itchy scrotum. A doctor said that I could have eczema on my scrotum so I went with that. I haven t been sexual active in over a year.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be some fungal infection, we can only identify the type by personal examination only. I suppose it will be cured by systemic use of anti fungal tablets, supplemented by steroid cream, with correct combination or anti fungal soap.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist, for correct diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking fish, sea foods, and brinjal to avoid excess of itching , and scratches due to itching, which promotes secondary bacterial infection. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
