Hi,
Thanks for query,
Due to over erection frenulum broken leads to bleeding .
Once it broken it should be repaired surgically or by circumcision to prevent further injury or any emergency surgery.
you should not worry about circumcision operation as in Muslim community it is a compulsory tradition.
It will not affect in any way to your sex life.
Now a days it is being advised by doctors to safeguard against any cancerous growth at glans in diabetic person too.
Just go for circumcision.
Thanks..
