Frenulum Tear, Blood Rushed Into The Condom, Skin Does Not Slide Smoothly. Remedy?
Sir i am having probab frenulum tear. As i was having sex with my wife...suddenly gudh of bloood runs through the penis..and condom wAs full of blood. I was little surprised by seeing that..later i washed it with cold water... Now it almost 4 days..now when its erect and my foreskin goes below glans its gives me pain. And i can see when there is no or little erection skin slides smoothly..i can c little tear around frenulum..what is treatment and tell me abt abstinence or how to begin normal sex lufe
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained injury while having intercourse and injured frenulum resulting in to bleeding. Now you have pain on erection due to wound over frenulum. This is mostly due to band of adhesion between frenulum and glans . Apply topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily. Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis. If needed you may have to undergo small surgery to excise the band under local anaesthesia. Please avoid sexual activities till it heals up completely. Dr.Patil.
