Frequent Bladder Pressure, Frequent Urge For Urination. Taking Antibiotics. Treatment?

I have frequent bladder pressure, frequent desire to urinate,
but no bladder infection (have been tested) have been taking an antibiotic for four days twice a day and no relief. I am 67 years old, a woman. can you suggest possible causes? I am not incontinent. i am beginning to wonder which pipe is the problem as the bladder pressure then puts pressure upon the bowels so that I think i need to eliminate and go from one process to another. T

thank you

In the absence of infection your frequent desire may be suggestive of an overactive bladder. if you are always constipated, take a high fibre diet.
try to exercise your pelvic muscles as if you are suddenly holding back your urinary stream mid way. do it in flicks multiple times a day you will be relieved.
