Frequent Bleeding In Nose, Using Nasal Spray, Have Flu And Running Nose. What Could Be Wrong?

My daughter she s having nose bleeding very recently and like within 3-4months she has bleed 3times. But she is using the nasal spray every night and during bleeding days she confirm have flu or running nose and she rub nose often. What should I do to help her? Is something wrong with her? After bleeding can she blow out her muces? Bc I find her keep breathing in the muces.

hello,
as per the details u have given,
medically it known as EPISTAXIS...but in case of children the most common cause of epistaxis is NASAL PICKING AND RUBBING..
so i suspect , this may be the reason for epistaxis,, but any way to rule out the other causes for epistaxis, the following tests should be run..

1. complete blood work including bleeding time and clotting time.
and platelet count
2. ENT EXAMINATION TO RULE OUT ANY NASAL PROBLEM

after getting the above tests done, we can come to conclusion..
