When I lift my right hand up, i feel like dislocation in my shoulder at times. This problem is there for last 7 years, but now the frequency of the problem is more. When I feel this dislocation (?), I find it very difficult to bring the hand to position. But after that I used to have sevear pain in the shoulder for 2 days. I consulted a ortho doctor, he told me to take MRI of the shoulder. My work nature is working in computer for minimum 8 hrs a day (for the last 16 years). Please guide.
