Frequent Masturbation, White Pigmentation On Shaft And Red Spots On Penis. Negative Test Result For Yeast Infection. What Could This Be?
Recently, I've been masturbating a lot up until a week ago using AVENO lotion. Ive noticed that a small area of my shaft has become a whiter pigmentation and dry, also on the head of my penis there are some red spots that are similar to a rash I went to the doctor and was tested for a yeast infection and cam back negative. Healso said it didn't look anything like an STD. any suggestions?

as long as there is no pus or stringy discharge from your urethra then it is unlikely that you have an infection. It might be because of response of skin irritation. I suggest you avoid masturbating frequently for some days and observe for any discharge. Try using some soothing lotion meanwhile.
