Hi, I am Dr Sonia S V. I am an ENT Surgeon & Head & Neck Specialist.Frequent nose bleeding especially if one sided needs to be evaluated. The causes may range from simple drying of the mucosa of th nose[ lining of the nose]. A simple nasal endoscopy can help to diagnose the cause in majority of the cases. Some individuals may need a CT scan if your ENT Surgeon is concerned. Visit an ENT specialist in your locality who can perform a thorough examination and guide your treatment. In majority of cases in young individuals such as yourself the cause will be in the nose rather than a BP or blood issue.

Thank you very much for you suggestion Dr. Sonia. I'll consult ENT specialist. Some times bleeding really scares me but it will stop with in 3-5 minutes. Is there any link between spicy food and nose bleeding?
