hi,i wane find out why do i still wane feel like peeing and when i do,there's nothing...during the night when i sleep i my penis get stif and it hurts like its open in the inside and when i pee its like on top of my penis there is sperm bt its mixed with yellow stuf that looks like when a scretch,or a part of ur body is open which is infected,that yelow stuf....

This is most likely to be due to a urogenital infection.
Have a Urine DR test & a Urethral swab test to confirm or exclude this. Consult a doctor with reports. A course of specific antibiotics can solve your problem then.
