Unable To Maintain Erection. Treatment?

Hi,
I am age 31 , For the past 6 months I have noticed that when I have sex with my wife ( She is sexy )my penis is not having stiffness, but able to still have sex, but some time that is very very rarely my penis is strong and my wife enjoy very much. I have also try ed with other females ( ladies age r like 22, 30 ,35 ) same result , not good stiffness.

I feel bad and shame like when I have sex.

When I see movie or masturbate , some what stiffness is there.

And once I have sex one time , I cannot have it again on the same day , for next 4 to 5 day I am not able to have sex.

Now due not good stiffness I have started to avoid sex with my wife.
More over my wife have comment also some time I have stiffness and some no stiffness.

Does any one face problem like me.
How to improve.

Hello,
Erectile dysfuntion ( ED ) at such young age is generally due to psychological reasons like anxiety,stress,performance anxiety,loosing confidence because of earlier failure in sexual encounter,overwork,extra marital relations etc
Other most common causes at this young age are overindulgence in alcohol,smoking,use of narcotic substances,obesity,sedentary lifestyle,lack of exercises etc
There is no need to loose hope on this issue.
Do the following..
Quit smoking
Moderate your alcohol.
Loose weight
Do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Do yoga and deep breathing exercises
Quit taking any narcotic substance,if any
Talk to your wife and take her in your confidence
You should be all right in next 6 to 8 weeks.
