Frequent Urination. Ultrasound Report Normal. Advice?

Good Afternoon Doctor,
My father's age is 75 years and during night he has to very often pass urine. After getting Ultrasound of the abdomen & Pelvis his report is shown as under.
Urinary Bladder : Normal. No calculi seen. Post void residue : 74 cc
Prostrate : Size : 43 x 45 x 43 mm Volume : 43 cc.
Enlarged in size. Normal in echotexture.
Kindly advise.

yOur aged father is suffering with frequency,hesitensy and urgency of urine.
This is mainly due to enlarged prostate.Hence IT is BETTER to do surgical
intervention ie Prostectomy.
