General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I understand you are in a very unpleasant situation. I would have liked to know your obstetric history and your age. This would have greatly helped.

Now trying my best to analyse your symptoms. You have mentioned that you tried to push on your bladder/genitals? Where did you apply this pressure? On your lower abdomen or on your genitals? If you applied the pressure on your lower abdomen, then this sensation of wanting to pass urine immediately is normal, but if you have tried applying pressure on your genitals, is this because you feel something protruding that was not previously present? This will have to be looked at by a doctor.

Your symptoms of abdominal bloating are either related to your constipation or your urinary bladder.

There could be two possibilities here.

1. A gastrointestinal problem, causing inflammation of the bowels, which in turn is applying pressure on the surrounding structures, like the urinary bladder, resulting in a sensation of wanting to pass urine very often

2. A urinary bladder infection, or inflammation somewhere in the pelvic region that could be applying pressure on the bowels and causing the constipation

I suggest you report to a doctor at the earliest, who can get a more precise and clear history from you, physically examine you and most probably order an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis which will help in visualizing your internals.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
