Frequent Urination, Pain In Buttocks On Controlling, Concentrated Urination. Having Enough Water. Possible Reason?

Am 30 years old and am facing problem with 1. frequent urination 2. sharp pain at buttocks and flow through thighs if i control urinating 3. delay in starting urination(10 to 15 secs) 4. some times concentrated urination I travel 40 kms/day and i will sit and work for 9 hrs in my office in a/c room. i drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day approximately. Plz answer.

hi and welcome to healthcare magic...
dear you either suffer from urinary tract infection or prostatitis......
go for urine analyses.....if there are pus cells in it,then take a coarse of a suitable antibiotic......
if it turn negative then semen analyses is needed,in which case much longer coarse of antiboitic will be needed.....
