From A Recent Blood Test My Bun/Creatinine Ratio Was 30

From a recent blood test my Bun/Creatinine ratio was 30 and the norm is 10-20. My doctor says this ratio has no clinical significance. I am concerned that it indicates a problem with my kidney function. Should I be concerned? And what does "no clinical signifiance" mean?
