From Time To Time , Often In The Early Hours

From time to time , often in the early hours of the morning I wake with severe throat cramps which spread around to my shoulder blade area... very alarming. The pain subsides after 10 to 15 minutes. I have had an ECG and an angiogram... no evidence of heart problems. I am 77 (female) and have hypothyroidism, depression, and high cholestrol. Also being treated for polymyalgia rheumatica.....the symptoms I describe have been occuring for ten years or more! Other than the above I am really fit!
