Fungus Infection On One Finger. Antibiotics, Creams Not Effective, Recurring. Permanent Cure?

I had a fungus infection to one of my finger, 8 monts ago ,.i saw 2 dermatologists,and 3 doctors,they gave me cream ,even antibiotics,the fungus is gone ,but now it is like in infection,it i red ,and after ,twice, antibiotics and all kind of cream,it is still there,it comes and goes.What shoul I do?? I am a little discouraged,I really want to get rid of it.

Please find if there is pus or not. if it is do send for pus culture for the bacterial or fungal growth. currently do take antibiotics ..
