GBM, Done Radiation Therapy And Chemotherapy. Now Has Pneumonitis. Is Recovery Possible?

Hi...My mother age 54 was diagnosed with GBM 4 in 2010,She had her radiation therapy and chemotherapy but after 7 mnths she got her left side paralysed,had seizures in between but still was able to talk and recognize.In her latest MRI Scan tumour has not grown but now she is diagnosed with left Pneumonitis ..I want to know whether she will be able to recover from pneumonitis or what is the prognosis?

Dear chemio can cause immunodeficiency that's probably the cause of pneumonia.Anyway treated with the right antibiotics I hope your mother will be fine.Wishing you all the best
