Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, this is good that your Thyroid function tests are normal. Your weight is high there could be some other cause for being overweight please consult a Endocrinologist to investigate the cause many times it is genetic and lifestyle like taking too much calories and less physical activity. Please do not lose hope you are young and can take care of your health. After your medical test if anything is detected then it can be treated and if everything is fine then take care of diet reducing calories in diet and regular exercise will help it is long term programme. There is no shortcut to lose weight and certainly it can be done through above measures. Please have small target for weight loss and continue it for long period of time. Wish you good Luck.
