hello and welcome to HCM forum ,
i am glad you posted your query, first of all according to the dental history presented , i would like to inform you that the gaps between your teeth usually appear following removal of heavy amounts of
plaque & calculus, because they cause the gum tissue to swell , which in turn pushes the teeth apart, therefore sometimes gaps are left behind, usually the teeth revert to their normal position, but if the gaps were present naturally , then its better to use interdental
aids for cleaning your teeth, which will prevent plaque formation.
You can consult your
dentist, he/she might recommend soft bristle tooth brush, dental floss, mouth wash, and interdental brushes as a part of your routine
dental care regime.
always rinse your mouth with plain water after meals, never use a tooth pick.
i hope i answered your query,
i wish you good health,
take care.
