Gastric Problems, Constipation, Forehead Pain. Taking Antibiotics. Cure For Symptoms?
Hi, I am suffering with Gastric problem due to this i have constipation & sever pain in right forehead on daily basis.......... i am even not able sleep properly on dalybasis .................. recently i had treatment from on Gastrologist for 3 - 4 months but i get relif till the time i continue with the medicines ........... when i stop medicines due to some side effects in mouth the same proble continues .......... please suggest what should i do now?

increase fiber in your food and avoid junky foods.try some yoga nad naturopathy to get sleep as insomnia causes constipation. severe pain in right head associated with vomiting and aura is a symptom of migraine and consult a nurologist
