Gastric Virus, Pregnant, Nausea, Diarrhoea, Pain In Arms. Dehydration?

My daughter just had some sort of gastric virus .Now my husband and I seem to have something similar. I m 36 weeks pregnant, was throwing up from 4:30-2 and also diarrhea until 4am. Now my arms feel like pins and needles. Is this a sign of dehydration?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
since you have gastroenteritis, you have developed dehydration, imbalance in electrolyte of potassium, sodium. due to pregnancy you might also have been having calcium deficiency. take calcium supplements, also ORS for rehydration, which also replenishes other electrolyte.

wish you good health
