Gastritis, Asked To Take Prilosec, Macrobid. Feeling Dizzy, Burning In Left Hypochondria. Is Macrobid Causing It ?
i have gastritis and have been asked to take prilosec for a month have been doing so and had gotten prescribed macrobid. i started taking the macrobid its my second day and i feel dizzy and burning in my left hypochondrium, is the macrobid affecting my gastritis? should i be alarmed ? what should i do? i have been eating on a diet for my gastritis so no heavy or fatty foods in my system and i have been drinking a lot of fluids.
hi, yes macrobid affecting your gastritis, no need to be alarmed. continue prilosec, continue drinking fluids. if pain is severe, take antacid syrups. wish you good health
