Hello, thanks for using HCM. Itching on the genital region, hands and groin is typical of scabies. Scabies is caused by a skin parasite that typically is transmitted from one person to the other through close contact. It also presents with increasing itching in the night and usually affects more than one person in the house. However it is easily treated with topical drugs and non pharmacological measures like washing and pressing of dresses, beddings etc. However, there is a possibility of having the penile erythema (redness) and the body itch as separately occurring affections. As such possible diagnosis for the penile symptoms could be impetigo, chancre or yeast infections as you suggested while the itching could be due to urticaria or some allergic reactions.
