Get Sudden Choking Heart Beat While Walking, Sudden Heart Beat While Sleeping, Consistent Migraine. Help?

while am walking,i have sudden choking heart beat,while am sleeping i often have sudden heart beat which always wake me up most night and i always try to control myself,my social life is crap,i can't do any energy work anymore,walking a long distance has become a problem,i have migrane most time,i always feel like my heart will stop,i always have the feelings like my brain will burst,sometimes i think its an evil work

Thanks for your query.
First of all you must see a physician and get yourself examined. Second step is to get ECG and ECHO done to ascertain presence of structural heart disease. Rest of the investigation will be guided by these.
Migraine should be dealt by your physician or neurologist.
I hope these will be controlled by good management.
