I am a male and 30 years old. I am getting dark day by day. Even through I was not fair but I was quite attractive face with glowness. But now with in one year I getting dark day by day and that glowness has gone. What shall I do. Last 45 days I was out for work in himilayas and whole day I have to travel in Sumo (Jeep). Climate was pleasent not hot but some times very cold. During this I become more dark. I did not understand why I am getting more dark.
Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic You seem to be getting dark because of the sunlight. Even though the weather in Himalayas is cold because of altitude Sunlight is stronger there and snow will reflect a lot of sunlight. The cold weather will also make your skin dry and dull. Please use a sunscreen every day and reapply it every 2-3 hours. Moisturize your face with a moisturising cream morning before sunscreen and at night before sleeping. If possible consult a dermatologist practicing cosmetology. Chemical peels will help you get back your original skin tone.
