Hello ma'am and welcome.

I can understand the deacription provided, but I would still prefer a physical examination. As for the location, are these around the areolar region or on the skin of your breast(s)?

A clear picture cannot be painted, and the possibilites could range from folliculitis, boils, abscess, etc.

But these are just assumptions. Please visit a doctor or try our premium service and send me images of the affected region for a more accurate diagnosis and guidance accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
