Getting Frequent Light Bleeding. Scan Report Showing Bulky Uterus With Thickened Endometrium And Polycystic Ovaries. Advice?
Hi doctor i need your opinion regarding my friend she is getting light bleeding lot of times recently. she went local doctor today they did scanning and the report says Bulky uterus with thickned and mixed echogenic endometrium features s/o bilteral polycystic ovaries what do you suggest thanks in advance

Your friend is having polymennorhea with bulky uterus, which could be due to fibroid, adenomyosis or DUB.
If the symptoms are not worrisome can try hormonal treatment initially,
if your friend has completed her family and is not responsive to medical treatment then surgery can be planned.
