Getting Headache And With A Ringing In The Ears Frequently
2 times in the past 5 months I have experienced a sudden severe headache ringing in the ears and a tight feling in my head and face The first time I went to ER thinking I was having an aneirysm but tests showed nothing Happened again the other day at the gym and after about 5 minutes it all went away and I felt fine What could be going on. I have controlled high blood pressure that was a result of my pregnancy 8 years ago. . .

headache with ringing in ears & tight feeling in head & face might have happened as a result of increase in blood pressure during exercise;this may explain your gym attack as you have history of blood pressure ;after 5 min of rest that headache disappeared.other explaination can be you may have migraine but usually migraine headache does not settles on its own so easily.
