Hi,
A heart rate of 96 is a little higher than a normal resting heart rate at 3 hours after exercise but it is not seriously raised. Make sure you take on board plenty of fluids when you exercise. If you feel faint, get chest pain or feel palpitations with this heart rate then it would be advisable to visit your doctor.
