My marriage is on 26.05.2013.I have startyed taking Meparate 10 mg since 23.05.2013.Please let me know by when should I expect my periods and is there any possibility of irregularity in future. I generally have periods either on due date that is on last period dateor two days after or before that.
Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your details you are taking Meprate from 23.05.2013 if there is no period continue daily till you want after your marriage then you can stop it when you want your period to come as withdrawal of hormone will cause bleeding. There is no problem in your future periods. I am sure you must have consulted your Gynecologist before taking this preferably you should start the the tablet 4-5 days before expected date of your period. If you want you can discuss about oral contraceptive pills with your Gynecologist and take regularly to avoid pregnancy. Hope this helps you Take care Dr. Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
