Hi im 29 and ive had irregular periods from over 5 years which where normal for 3 years untill my first top..got regular again untill 3 months ago..was given contraceptives to regulate for 3 months..last period started 12th october after the pill..sexually have been active.no sign of periods headaches lower back pain..cramping on and off bloated and feel like ive put on weight..stressed..feel tired..very sore breasts..get this weird itching in vagina usually before period so thats subsided but still no luck urine pregnancy negative. Slight nausea today and feel feverish no fever yet..also a smoker..
Welcome to HCM. If you are taking your pills regularly then there is no any chances of pregnancy. If you are not taking your pill after October and sexually active then all symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy. Go for urine pregnancy test at least after 7th day of missing cycle. You can also confirm it by blood hcg level and USG. Otherwise consult your treating gynecologist for further guidance and medical management.
