Going Pain Management. No Relief. What Do I Do?

I have no insurance and have been going to pain management for 10 years now. My last pain doc wrote my adderal along with my pain meds so it kept me from paying for two doc visits a month. Well he is no longer practicing and I cannot find a doctor to write me anywhere close to what I have been on the last 5 years. Especially write the pain and adderal together. If my last two pain physicians thought that what I was own was helping me then why can t I find not one doctor to help Me now? I was prescribed methadone 10/day roxicodone 3/day adderal 30mg 2/day So now I am left hurting and high and dry cause I can t afford to pay a doc just to find out that he won t write it and now I am even getting looked down on for trying to find a doctor that will keep me on what helps.what do I do???
