Going To Pain Management Doctor, Off From Work For Few Months. Suggested To Go Back To Work. Is It Safe?
Been going to a pain management doctor for years and she has been very good.until lately when she put me off from work for 15 months went the other day she wants to put me back to work 100%. I said no way she said I think u ready I said you havent even checked me and went over why now all of a sudden. I have back problems and lots of them she send me to my doctor that did surgery on me in 2009 and he said he could fix me she tells me not to have it I said ok u my doctor well we got into it the other day and probably going to find me another pain management doctor would I be wrong to do so and dont u think she should have told me reason for sending me back to work? Im a mail carrier I dont set at a desk

You can take pain killer like NSAID or opioids after discussing with your doctor. Your lower back need examination, imaging to know the cause and based on that we can manage. Get back with the reports you have for further discussion on managing pain. Consult your doctor for examination and management.
