Going To Write Alot Here So Please Bear With Me.

Going to write alot here so please bear with me. It may seem spread out all over but I assure you it ties together. I'm just trying to give a complete overview of what I have experienced.

First a bit of history.

I have an anxiety diagnosis and until roughly three months ago u was on 1mg if lorazepam 3x a day. Now I just take a couple benadryl if I need to calm down.

I also have hidradenitis supportiva (dont know if that's the correct spelling) and have had an increase in bleeding and infections due to the increased heat now that the weather is changing. I take Clindamycin 300mg 2x per day to help with the infections.

And finally I am on pain medication Oxycodone 5mg 3x per day and morphine 15mg 2x per day.

For the last week I have had bad pain in my back right. Friends said it sounded like a kidney infection and should get better shortly. The pain got worse as the week progressed till driving over a speed bump causes me to cry out and get nauseous from the pain.

Three days ago the carpal tunnel in my left hand was acting up and I experienced some numbness in my left forearm and two fingers. Two days ago I awoke to really bad shoulder tension akin to what I used to experience when my anxiety had been high for several days. My friend who used to be a nurse suggested I drink more water since dehydration can cause problems with your muscles and that it would help my kidneys. I drank a few bottles of water and went to bed.

Today I woke feeling fine my kidney pain is better but this shoulder tension keeps getting worse and then better as the day progresses. The shoulder tension as well as the on and off forearm numbness has me fearing maybe a heart attack or something cause that's mainly what comes up when I look up forearm numbness. Could it all just be dehydration?

6months or so ago I had similar issues and was told they assumed it was from dehydration and being off of lorazepam, could that be what's happening here?

I really just need a professional opinion so I stop overthinking and freaking myself out.

I am asking here since I dont really have enough money to go to the er, so I dont want to go unless absolutely necessary.
