Good Afternoon, I'm Asking A Question For My Husband Who

Good Afternoon,
I'm asking a question for my husband who is 53 and having symptoms, what he explains to be a numbing tingly pain, but he feels it's neurological.. down his leg from his hip that seems to radiate around his scrotum. There is no pattern to when it bothers him.. its seems when he walks around he feels it. He has no neurological problems, but a history of a mother deceased that had MS.. and a sister still alive that has MS but is doing very well and mobile on meds. He noticed this problem first when he had a colonoscopy two years ago. He hasn't had these symptoms again till recently but has been symptom free for two years. He caught bronchitis a week ago and while he has been sick he noticed it again.
What are your thoughts.
