Good Day To You Doctor ! My Name Is Shan

Good Day to you Doctor !

My name is Shan Noyyad (Age 29); I had an right inguinal laproscopic hernia surgery on 4th May, 2016.
After surgery, initially there was a slight swelling inside scrotum (soft). Then after a week, that swelling became very hard and bigger.
My right testis is bigger and if I press the hard lump, there is no pain. The cord after the hard mass (which is going to the bladder) is very bigger and very stiff like a stick.
My surgeon is saying that, I delayed this surgery and hence, the after-effect like this will be there and I will take one month to go (now it's been 21 days after my surgery).
I feel no pain inside the scrotum, but slight pain near the abdominal area , when diaphragm is stressed.

Kindly advise.
