Good Evening,
I was just in the hospital again with a bp at the highest ever of 243/117. All test came back fine. They gave me a medication to help lower the bp. My head was pounding and finely they gave me a combination of med to help, it was something to relax me and Byatryl (sp) and something to stop the sick feeling. I was also having pressure in the middle of my chest. I do go to a cardiologist since this is the third time I have gone to the hospital for such high BP. I also take a lot of tums etc for acid reflex . My bp this morning was 136/61 and the headache started so I took BP again and it was 181/103. Again pressure between my breast. The cardiologist just said it runs in the family. I have also had a stress test and cat scan to rule out a stroke, all was fine. I was told at a young age, (now (59) that I had a Hiatal hernia. Could this be back and causing all of these problems. After the other day with such high bp I have no energy and I really don't want to eat.
Thank you,
Debbie
