Good Afternoon. I Have Had Increasing Symptoms R/t MS Since

Good afternoon. I have had increasing symptoms r/t MS since age of about 41 w/known autoimmune disorder. Recent MRI shows few foci of bright signal within deep white matter r/t minimal ischemic changes/gliosis. I understand MS can be diagnosed symptomatically and sometimes not apparent on MRI, especially a non-contrast MRI. Is this helpful to document MS along with the symptoms, which have progressed to almost clinical depression, as well as incontinence of both urinary and bowels? I have every symptom of MS, except I have never experienced a seizure which not all MS patients have.
