I am a 33 yr old male.I am in a committed relationship with one sexual partner.We used to use condoms then on 3 occassions we did not but we are HIV negative .The last we had unprotected sex was christmas 2016 BUT sh was on her last day of period.

2 weeks later i got UTI symptoms then went to doctor and got an injection (though doc suspected promiscuity and that it could be STI because of symptoms).Initially it was a small amount of discharge then itching inside my urethra as well feeling something making small movements in my urethra.Injection killed that n went on 10 days doxytet n metazol..,,afta i finished i felt bck to normal for 2 days THEN,tingly feeling ..Just that tingly feeling in my urethra but close to the tip and because of that i feel in that tingling area theres urine thats trying to sip out but i would hv urinated .

I am depressed n i have sworn to my partner that i have never ever cheated which is true.She however has no symptoms and is clean.Please please help me...i am close to destruction..please reply in my email...
