Good day, I had a ear procedure to take the build up fluid out of my ears which was causing my hear lose and was given a nasal rinse because of some polyps I have growing in my ears. I have some tubes in my ear to drain the fluid easily if more was to come. I took the nasal rinse and I think I may have squeezed the bottle to hard or blew my nose to hard and now it feels like my left ear could be a little clogged. What should I do?
