Good Day I Was Diagnose With GERD And Ulcer Through

Good day I was diagnose with GERD and ulcer through endoscopy procedure last January 2016 and also I am hypertensive. I am given pump inhibitors taken in two weeks and also i have my maintenance 10mg amlodophine and 6.25mg carvidelol. It is already 3 weeks. Now my medication in GERD I experience dizziness and Now for one week already I feel heaviness in my left leg specially if standing to long and just this week I experience dull arm numbness and both jaw tightness along the back of the ear. what could be the prob do I have heart attack? please help me
